On Why I Wouldn't Want to Be You

You are absolutely gorgeous, an energetic flame twirling about in life. A fine example of a worthy soul, one whose creativity flows so lovely in the shining lights. You have friends and enemies combining into a solid force of Interesting.
With your fame, your money, your adoration.
And yet, I would not want to be you.
If I were you I wouldn't be me. Despite my lack of 1,000 watt luster and people wanting to know me and be me and make love to the ground my feet tread upon... I still wouldn't trade me in for you.
My thoughts and feelings are more precious to me than anything. They determine me. I am quite happy with what goes on in my head regardless if I am depressed or angered, happy or paranoid or even more probable- bonkers.
So no, I wouldn't want to be you. I'm very happy with my experiences and how they have shaped me.
Welcome to Disgruntled Breakfast. Here you can experience parts of what determines me and hopefully learn to appreciate you even more.
